- Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit secures the date. Remaining balance due 5 days before event.
- Advance booking: Most families book 2–8 weeks in advance. Last-minute requests welcome when scheduling allows.
- Rescheduling: Free more than 7 days out; $100 fee 2–7 days out; $200 fee within 48 hours. Deposit is transferable to a future date within 12 months.
- Payment methods: Zelle and Venmo preferred; credit card and PayPal also accepted.
- Insurance: Liability insurance carried; proof available on request for schools, parks, community centers, and event venues.
